Birthday Party T&C’s


Set-up

  • Please advise your guests to arrive promptly for your party as we are unable to add extra time to the end of your party slot. We recommend you invite your guests to arrive 10 mins before your party start time so everyone is ready to commence with the fun at the allocated time.

  • Our party package includes a guided tour of our Centre which takes 1 hour and 15 mins. Two adults go free with the  party participants (additional adults can join at the Centre standard rates).

  • Guardians will have access to the reserved party area 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time to set up. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time.

  • We supply two Happy Birthday banners. Please, no flames aside from candles on birthday cakes. Sorry, no glitter or confetti! We suggest no balloons as they are not friendly to the environment.

  • The workshop will take approx 1 hr and then the children have half an hour to enjoy their birthday cake and treats.  

  • We supply water and cordial, picnic/reusable cups and plates; all food etc. must be supplied by the booker. No popcorn, if possible!

  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the birthday party, but we do not have any refrigerators or freezers on site for storage.

  • Cleanup: We ask guardians to place all rubbish and debris inside designated compostable waste bags prior to vacating the Cool Planet Experience. 


Payment Terms

- A €75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a birthday party booking with The Cool Planet Experience. Please note that party bookings are non-refundable but are transferable to another date (within 30 days) where applicable. In the event that this is not possible to change your booking date (due to other dates being fully booked already) then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.

 - All cancellations must be notified 30 days prior to your party booking date; this cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the deposit paid. Should you need to cancel the birthday party booking after the final 30 days you will lose your deposit which is non-refundable.
- The party must be paid for in full before commencement of the experience, this can be on the day at reception.

 - Additional Guests: the  final price for the party is based on the number of guests who attend the party. If this number exceeds the original number of guests , additional per-guest fees will apply. If the total number of guests exceeds 15, please notify the centre 48hrs before the booking date so we can make provisions for extra staff.

  • Liability
    All items brought onto the premises by guests shall be at such guest’s own risk and we accept no liability for the loss or damage to such property.

  • By booking a party, you release The Cool Planet Experience from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cool Planet Experience and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur.

  • Should The Cool Planet Experience property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse Cool Planet Experience for replacement or repair of said property.



All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Our Planeteers will host the party but a guardian (over eighteen) must be present at all times. If conduct is deemed dangerously unruly by our staff, guests will be asked to change this behaviour to ensure a fun and safe party for all.
